By creating a shop account on OneSpotty, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined on this page. This is a legally binding agreement.

Welcome to OneSpotty Marketplace! This Seller Policy Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the OneSpotty platform as a seller. By registering as a seller, you agree to be bound by these terms, which form a legally binding contract between you and OneSpotty Ltd.

OneSpotty is a worldwide marketplace connecting sellers with customers through our integrated logistics network. We provide the platform, delivery coordination, and payment processing to help you grow your business globally.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register as a seller
  • You must provide accurate and complete business information
  • You must have a valid phone number and email address
  • Your business must comply with all local laws and regulations
  • You must agree to our marketplace code of conduct

As a seller, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Updating your business information when changes occur
  • Ensuring all listed products comply with our marketplace policies
  • Responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Managing your inventory and order fulfillment

  • Ecocash: Direct transfer to your registered Ecocash number
  • SpottyPay Booth: Cash collection at any SpottyPay booth (ID required)

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: $5.00
  • Maximum withdrawal per request: $1,000.00
  • Maximum withdrawals per day: 3 transactions
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Weekend requests processed on next business day

OneSpotty provides worldwide delivery coordination through our network of delivery agents. As a seller, you are responsible for:

  • Packaging products securely for worldwide transit
  • Handing over packages to our logistics partners
  • Ensuring accurate product descriptions and weights
  • Providing necessary documentation for international shipments

IMPORTANT: DELIVERY FEE POLICY

OneSpotty does NOT charge delivery fees to sellers. Delivery fees are negotiated directly between the customer and delivery agent through our system. Sellers never pay or worry about delivery costs.

Our system facilitates direct negotiation between customers and delivery agents, ensuring fair pricing and removing delivery cost concerns from sellers.

  • Local deliveries: 24-48 hours
  • Regional deliveries: 2-5 business days
  • International deliveries: 5-14 business days
  • Express options available for urgent deliveries

block 7. Prohibited Items & Activities

To maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace, the following items and activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal substances • Counterfeit goods • Weapons • Stolen property • Hazardous materials • Adult content • Live animals (without permission) • Perishable goods (without certification)

Violation of prohibited items policy will result in immediate account suspension, removal of all listings, and potential legal action.

  • Customer inquiries: Within 24 hours
  • Order issues: Within 48 hours
  • Returns and refunds: Within 72 hours
  • Product complaints: Within 5 business days

star 8.2 Customer Ratings

Maintain a minimum 4-star rating to remain in good standing. Consistently poor ratings may result in account review or suspension.

By proceeding with shop registration on OneSpotty, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this entire Seller Policy Agreement
  • You agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein
  • You understand the manual withdrawal process and 0.3% fee
  • You accept immediate payment to SpottyPay Wallet upon dispatch
  • You understand delivery fees are customer-agent negotiated
  • You will comply with all prohibited items policies
